- RPD acting as Principal contractor, project works include : Siteworks, Foundations, Steel Fabrication and erection, Tank formation, Cladding works, Concrete floors, Drainage, Internal fit out, Hard landscaping.
- Due for client hand-over April 2016.

- Biomass boiler and grain drying building 16m span x 49m long x 9m to eaves.
- RPD works on this project include : Siteworks, Foundations, Steel fabrication and erection, concrete floors, cladding works and formation of underfloor drying trays with air tunnels.
- Due for completion April 2016.
